WE ARE A DIGITAL BASED BUSINESS

TSDitto Photography is a DIGITAL based business.  All packages are listed as SESSION FEES only.

Digital Session Fees include the time and talent of the photographer and a selection of edited digital images as listed in the description of each package.

1. The Photographs will be available to the Client for online viewing in a private gallery, via website:  TSDittoPhotography.Smugmug.com. The Client has the option to view, order a digital gallery download, print photos, and purchase copyright release from the specified website.​

2. The Client understands that all Prints, Digital Gallery Downloads ($10), Copyright Releases ($75), and other products are sold separately, via website:  TSDittoPhotography.Smugmug.com. 

3. The Client agrees to print individual photos (printing the entire gallery is not recommended), from the TSDittoPhotography.Smugmug.com website, with full knowledge and understanding that per Client preference, Client also has the option to order the copyright release, if Client chooses to purchase their prints from a different printing company (prohibited by law, without copyright release).  However, for a small convenience fee of $65, the Client may request that 2 selected 4x6 photos, 2 selected 5x7 photos, and 1 selected 8x10 photo are printed on behalf of the Client by TSDitto Photography.  This convenience fee includes printing, shipping and taxes.

PRICING CONSIDERATION:

TSDitto intentionally prices photo shoots, and subsequent fees lower than other photographer's, because we truly take into consideration what we believe to be a fair and affordable cost for our clientele.  

 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

During shoots, hundreds of photos are taken, because of our sincere passion for the art of photography.  All of the aesthetically acceptable shots are made available to the client via the TSDittoPhotography.Smugmug.com digital proof gallery.  Our only limitation is the maximum amount of "client selected images" to be edited  to 2 - 5, or 10 - 15, or 20 - 25 (based on the type of shoot, purchased by the client).  However, sometimes more depending on the vibe of the shoot.    The client still retains access to the other unedited proof images.   Additional photo selections, and editing may be revisited, at a later date, for a small fee.  NOTE:  There are no limitations regarding the number of images to be edited for wedding, or event photography packages.

CREATIVE LICENSE:

Images may be edited at the photographer’s discretion, and delivered images may not include all images shot. The photographer reserves the creative right to edit and release only those deemed professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards.

On CLIENTS own behalf, and on behalf of the subject(s): CLIENTS acknowledges that TSDitto Photography requires and retains discretion as to how its services shall be provided (e.g. choice of poses, lighting, lenses, etc.); that CLIENTS are familiar with TSDitto Photography’s portfolio and is requesting Services with knowledge of TSDitto Photography’s style; and that TSDitto Photography’s work is constantly evolving; that TSDitto Photography’s services are of unique and artistic nature; that the images created may be different from images taken by TSDitto Photography in the past; and that in creating the images, TSDitto Photography shall use our personal artistic judgment to create images consistent with our personal vision of the wedding/session, which vision may be different from CLIENTS and /or the Subject’s vision of the wedding/session. Accordingly, CLIENTS acknowledge that the images shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste, aesthetic criteria, or personal appearance.
